Professionally run, friendly electronic business. Staff greets you upon entry and are knowledgeable about a myriad of questions concerning telephones, computers, electronic readers and cords phone jacks etc. They have a great volume of items so choices are easy.
Slowest staff I've ever encountered, anywhere!... and too many of them seem to not actually know what they're doing there.
They tend to have nice products, with reasonable variety, but the prices on most items are unnecessarily high and can easily be undercut by any number of other reputable electronic/gaming stores.
Every experience in that store drives me to say "I'm never coming back", for one reason or another (sometimes multiple reasons)... the day I find PS Gift Cards for my son somewhere else is the day I keep that promise to mysef!
They raised the price of an item just to bring it back down to the original price afterwords. Smh they have remorse when dealing with a guest who is unsatisfied.
They have good prices and excellent customer service. Would 100% recomend this place for anything for your cell phone
The quality of tech available on the Jamaican market is still limited. I got great customer service when I went there.
