This entity hasn't TERRIBLE organisational skills. Too long of waits and disorganisation im managing anything.

Processing time for renewal was not lengthy, customer service was excellent. All information I needed was brought forward with professionalism. Keep up the great job FLA.

6 yrs and still waiting...

The staff are professiinal, just as how people dealing with firearms should be and the place looked alright. People were complaining about waiting time but i personally had no problem. I liked the screens displaying some safety tips and videos concerning firearms and firearms users.
