I like the curb side pick up.

I found everyone extremely helpful and polite - from the security guard at the gate and the door to the agent at the desk. Extremely pleasant and helpful...and the service was fast in no time the package was located and in my hands. It was just nice. The external signage could be clearer, assuming there is a sign. I saw none.

The waiting period easy extra long. Once inside things moved swiftly.

The team is interested in their work. They use technology assisted curb side service.
