The public servants in Jamaica are people dedicated and who make their best to serve the citizens. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is not an exception. Everybody here is aware about the importance of delivering quality services to the population of Jamaica.

Authenticated a copy of a birth certificate, the process was seemingly ok i told them what I wanted and she wrote up something for me to pay at the cashier; after taking my details I paid and went back to her. She gave me a slip to come back in a couple of days to pick up, i did with no issue. They don't use card only cash and i am still unsure about the parking I know that staff parking is at the front and underground there is also parking but both times I went i had to park over centerstage could be additional parking for them who knows

The female security guard who was at the reception was so warm and welcoming, I left there with a smile on my face. I regret not getting her name to ensure she gets the recognition she deserves. Whoever you are Ms. Lady, you're adding value to the experience of every person who visits the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Thank you!

This is where you go to get your passport officially authenticated if a foreign country request it like Costa Rica does. You have to pay a fee...it was $2000 Jamaican dollars in 2016.
