Jose at Safeguard Storage-Richmond Hill,NY is the best. He is professional, kind, and understanding. Currently out of town, I was unable to go to office to pay my outstanding rent on my unit. Sam is AMAZING!!! We have had multiple units for several years. We recently had an issue with payment that she was literally able to fix in minutes!! She is always so helpful and it is a joy to walk in and always see her smiling face. Good workers are hard to find these days and she is definitely one of the best. She is the reason we are repeat customers. Safeguard is lucky to have found someone as loyal and dedicated as she is.
I have been a customer at this storage unit for months and every time i call or come in for assistance Kaylah goes over and beyond to assist me.She gives EXCELLENT customer service. It's workers such as herself that makes customers like myself want to continue service here and refer new customers to this location. I really appreciate her.
The staff here is amazing and friendly. The location is very convenient both by car and via public transport. I will definitely be using Safeguard in Richmond Hill again next time I need storage space!
My father and I came in during the snow storm to rent a unit. To my surprise the location was open and the gentleman was excited to help. We seen about four units and we took one. This service is amazing and made us feel really accomplished for the day.
