I had an amazing experience today renting a storage unit. Erica has been very attentive to my needs while renting a unit. I came to see a storage unit 6 months ago and she took her time explain the process just as she did today. She remembered who I was which made me feel right at home. I am so glad to have rented a unit through her. She made this experience extremely memorable. Thank you Erica for taking time to sit with me explain the storage process, taking me to different units until I found my perfect match. Thank you for your amazing customer service. My Mother passed away unexpectedly this year. While dealing with that, I also had to deal with clearing out her place and taking items I still had there. I needed a place to store my keepsakes but I had never used a storage facility before. When I went to Safeguard I met Erica McPhatter. She walked me through the entire process, showed me different unit options and gave me a great deal. She is caring and outstanding to work with. Thank you for helping make a difficult time a little easier. I’ll always be appreciative and will remember the kindness you showed me.

Storage is nice and clean and Erica at the front desk was very informative and helpful explained everything and was very pleasant
