I had an amazing experience today renting a storage unit. Erica has been very attentive to my needs while renting a unit. I came to see a storage unit 6 months ago and she took her time explain the process just as she did today. She remembered who I was which made me feel right at home. I am so glad to have rented a unit through her. She made this experience extremely memorable. Thank you Erica for taking time to sit with me explain the storage process, taking me to different units until I found my perfect match. Thank you for your amazing customer service. It is definitely appreciated!

My Mother passed away unexpectedly this year. While dealing with that, I also had to deal with clearing out her place and taking items I still had there. I needed a place to store my keepsakes but I had never used a storage facility before. When I went to Safeguard I met Erica McPhatter. She walked me through the entire process, showed me different unit options and gave me a great deal. She is caring and outstanding to work with.
