I had a wonderful rep name Verace! He was more than helpful, respectful and accommodating. He went above and beyond his position by making me move in and move out EASY! As a matter of fact, he even stayed late (after his shift) for the move in and arm muscle. I appreciate him, hopefully his boss/manager sees this review and give him a raise/promotion. EVERY facility needs employees like him 👍🏾

I've been renting 2 storage units at the Jamaica location for the past few years. Hands down, the best rep there is Andrea. She is also smiling and courteous which is unfortunately rare these days. Whenever she sees me she is always helpful and has great positive attitude. These place need more workers like her!
