CubeSmart Self Storage

I had a unit here at 186 and Jamaica ave for a couple of years. It has been a great experience working with Tito,Byron and Tiffany. They were always patient, helpful and courteous with me. None of my items were stolen or damaged etc. Bathroom is kept clean too. I had 1 small oil leak from a pipe above,fortunately it didn't ruin my things but I told Tito about it and within minutes he cleaned it up and fixed the hole so it wouldn't happen again and ruin 2 gorgeous lamps under the pipe. Tito is the man! Very helpful....id store with them again if need be!

Clean facility, helpful front desk stored my items for almost a full year and found everything intact, untouched and no sign of pests!

Rented space for few months here and the staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

I never have a problem there its always clean the and also the 2 ladies that work there are so nice but say I'm nice as well. Only thing I don't like is that they raise the storage fee every few months and with a pandemic going on and no job its very hard sometimes. Plus they need sanitizer stations on every floor by the elevator .

Tito does his job well! Helped us out a lot! Great service from him. Overall a great guy
