I wish I could give them zero stars. They shipped to document to the wrong country. They refused to answer the phone nor respond to various inquires. All I got was an insincere apology followed by they didn’t read the special instructions. No offers to help correct the mistake they made, nothing. How do you run a government business like that? Shameful.

I wish to express my appreciation to the RGD Management for ensuring that the best officer is on the frontline to serve the public. I recently had to visit the RGD, Head Office on more than one occasions, and I tell you, the service I received from the officer, Miss Chavae, was 'World Class'. Keep up the good work Miss Chavae, by making public sector looking good.

Good luck with getting someone to answer the phone ! If you want genealogical work done that will take forever and often times you can do better by yourself. They need a management overhaul who can get orders of efficiencies up to par to streamline smoothly; very incompetent for a government organization.

0/5. Worst bureaucracy and customer service ever. Shameful. I paid for a copy of my birth certificate back in November 2019 in order to register my marriage. They tell you it takes 4-6 weeks to receive. I'm now waiting 4 months. No one picks up the phone or answers email. No manners or professionalism whatsoever if you're lucky enough to talk to someone. I tried to follow-up and instead the person starts arguing with me over the phone. Clearly, the document is lost in transit - it 1 sheet of paper, why not print it again and resend it? Easy. Problem solved. Instead they make simple things difficult for no reason after you already gave them your money. I hope they improve because this is unacceptable. Jamaica can and should be doing a lot better
