First of all the customer service at islandgems was phenomenal. I took my watch there to get it cleaned and polished and to get a quote engraved on the back and it was done in the blink of an eye.The engraving on the back of the watch was perfect.

Got my daughter a beautiful custom made necklace for her bday... it really reasonable, their payment plan was great and the options are endless... next stop my wedding ring.
