I am a regular user of this company. The customer service at may pen stinks y'all gonna lose customers. I walked into the store twice both yesterday and today ready to collect my packages only to hear the store closed I explained the working hours constraint to the rep who could have assisted me seeing I already entered the store however I was turned back twice. I understand there is a time frame for open and closure of office but good God sparing a few mins to give my packages as I was already in the store wouldn't have killed them. I work in an health centre and when we are closing up we have never turned back a client. The fact that I got there twice almost in time but didn't should have ment something to the clerk.

Worst place ever to send your packages to they just fling price on your packages they dont even look i invoice they want me to pay 10 thousand dollors to collect 6 makeup stuff purchase from Walgreens. I bought clothes from shein everybody know how shein cheap it was 10 tops that i pay 40 dollors for they send me invoice of 7 thousand saying thats the price to collect it. Be wise ppl and use MD couriers or quickship even shipme that ppl criticized so much you wont regret reliable need to close business trying to rich from black ppl.
