Takes soooo long to get through. They work sooo slow.

Advantage General May Pen Branch is the worst. Very poor customer service from the senior. We were there for what seems like the entire day, back and forth, because the manager requested from the assistant something else evertime she brings the documents to her. 1st she said it was a new client so she wanted all the vehicle documents copied with ID. To which i explained i am not, I renewed at that very office the year before due to the convenience of it. Then it was oh but we cant located the file. After that was done and documents returned to her for approval; she the manager or supervisor sent her to go ask me for bill to verify my address. I was the last to leave. I believe the manager, supervisor or whomever she was, was very petty and seemingly spiteful. The clerk or assistant Miss Brown tried her very best and smiled all the way through constantly assuring me the client that i would soon get through and apologized every step of the way. Miss Brown needs to be awarded for her humbleness, and for being so respectful and professional in spite of it all.

The environment is so friendly and welcoming. The service is very good as an insurance company. The employees are nice and sociable easy to talk and deal with. The boss is very friendly and personable.
