Morgan's Funeral Home

This is the most unprofessional place ever. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you have a choice. For whatever reason the Spanish Town hospital sends your loved ones here and because they aren't doing the funeral they just give you the run around to claim your loved ones body and treat the body "vindictively". I have been to hell and back caring for my father as he fought for his life and this treatment is the worst I have felt or experience just because they aren't getting the "business". The government needs to look into this to ensure they have unbiased representative at this time. There should be some standard in which members are treated with because we are entitled to where we take our loved one. There should also put in place a proper customer service system to the protocol in which to guide family members in retrieving our love one.

My dad died suddenly in the middle of the lock down and Mrs Morgan and Steph were so professional and helpful . They listened to what we wanted and made suggestions. Helped us with all the steps . Thank you guys very much !

Very poor customer service that I received on April 29, 2020. My grandmother passed Away last week Tuesday and I’m currently seeking what they offer at the moment seeing that most persons have been laid off and the person giving me the information a woman have been extremely rude! Wish I could give zero stars!
