Health Star Medical Centre

I went to their doctor office down by hagley park road and the doctor and staff member was unprofessional and they are not confidential with their patients info. It runs like a pattyshop and im concerned...i would not recommended anyone going there and i will never go there again.

First time I visited the place, I got he result in like 5 mins or less. No wait knowing the nature of the visit. With that I went bk only to be taken around the world. Did an ultrasound Wednesday and was told the result would be ready Friday. Friday came went for it, told Saturday. Saturday came went for it and was told they would call. Been home waiting o. The call and my phone is yet to buzz regarding the result. Now I’m left wondering if I had paid for it or if I had asked a favor. I needed to see my doctor Friday had to cancel because result wasn’t ready. Going today Monday and I’m still empty handed.

Health Star keeps evolving. What I like most is that their doctors are patient, engaging and willing to explain anything you are uncertain of. There is room for improvement in the service area but thety are well on their way.
