I’ve used them in the past and the service was great but as of late it’s as if they’re under new management. The quality of service has declined significantly! I’ve had a package that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago and I’ve yet to get it! And to make things worst, 8 times out of 10 when u call there’s no answer or it goes straight to voicemail. This is my last time using them. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone!
Worst shipping company of all time!!!! When you call they don't answer or the phone goes straight to voicemail,WhatsApp them 1-2 weeks before they respond. I will never reccomend them to anyone. They don't even deserve a rating.
They had the best customer service, I don't know what happened. Please do better DMP!!!!
Horrible Service...
Not reliable...I have gotten packages in the past.... However in recent times you cant get through to speak with anyone, whenever you call no response , when you whatsApp no response. I made an online purchase from January 31, 2019 for 2 shopping sites, i received one package and i am yet to receive my other 2 items from the other site. That UPS delivered from early February....
I MUST get my package of be reimbursed....
The absolute WORST shipping company I have ever dealt with. I’ve been getting the run around about ONE SINGLE PACKAGE for almost 2 MONTHS! DO NOT USE!
