Precision Imaging Centre

Only one member of admin staff was respectful and courteous. I had an appointment and waited over one hour before even being registered despite the fact the place was practically empty. Two young ladies at front desk were very busy chatting and laughing away though.

Excellent staff, Polite and Caring. They do reflect that STALWART behaviour in their MOTTO "Because Your Health Matters". 👍⭐⭐⭐

They were very accommodating at a time when I was wrought with anxiety .... Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions and concerns were addressed. I was comfortable both physically and emotionally by the time they started the procedure. I'm making the recommendation to all my family and friends.

Precision Imaging Centre is the private version of a Government run medical facility. Problems: 1. Parking is limited and a mess 2. Limited seating for patients (despite the heavy foot traffic) 3. Waited 2 hours to be seen for an x-ray. 4. The staff at the front desk seem aloof and lack the sense of urgency/efficiency one would expect from a private business. 5. I was shocked to hear they don't operate by appointment. Major improvements needed. I would not recommend if you don't mind wasting half your day.
