Fast and efficient service. Sent in my phone to be repaired and got speedy service. Quality of the job done was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone in need of technological aid. They also provide a wide variety of accessories for most devices at affordable prices.
The customer service is pretty good. The young lady that dealt with me ensured that every aspect of the tablets that I was buying was working. They answered all my questions professionally and they religiously ensured all COVID-19 protocols were observed. The tablets were of okay quality. My complaint is that I did not have a lot of choices when it came to the tablets that I really wanted but they worked with me to make the best recommendations and meet my needs.

I bought supposedly real Apple AirPods later to find out the AirPods are fake and the case is real need a refund scammer
Sales reps are very friendly and remember me (frequent customer). They will call you about jobs being done for you, whether it is done or delayed, or if there is a complication. Sometimes I find a technician or two may become bogged down with work load and move slowly but overall their speed is good. Quality of work has been good for me so far, I have not had any issues.
