They had multiples person taking orders with only one cashier. The wait was long. The price of the items are very reasonable compared to other hardware stores.
The line staff (counter staff and cashier) operate quite briskly and so you part with your money very quickly. However, some of the other staff members need some training in good and efficient customer service. You're kind of left on your own to figure out a confusing layout...where to go to collect your goods after payment, staff keep you waiting as they seem to lounge at your expense, etc. The management needs to get on top of those areas so the customers' overall experience will improve.
