Customer service was okay. But the person who are supposed to offer the other services, they are so rushing, rush to do the x-ray, rush to do the ultrasound they don't spend the time to access you properly it like as you go in the room they want to throw you out especially the short hair lady that do the x-ray and the Chinese lady one that do the ultrasound. And you are paying so much for the service, i am totally not satisfied.

Customer care is the worst . the front desk is unprofessional and poor. I had to withdraw my business .

Customer service is great. But i waited almost a week n half before getting my ultra sound photo. How ever, they reply to my review and i got a quick response for them

Had issues getting my results within the time promised, however, i was very satisfied with the timely manner in which my complaint was acknowledged and resolved. Referred a friend next day and all was well.

Had a 3:30 appointment and even 2 hours later still haven’t gotten through
