I shipped a package to ssmc Mobay office from June 2020 I made several calls to them each time they give me the run around saying they could not locate my package until a few weeks ago I contacted them and was told by a gentleman voice at the other end of the line that the package was located when I went there to pick up the package I was told the person who could assist me was not in office then a day after I received a call from ssmc stating that my package was sold in an auction and there is nothing that they can do. Imagine it was not my fault that the package was not picked up. I asked to speak to a Supervisor or Manager and was told I can’t, seriously SSMC is the worst. I will never used their service again 😡😡😡
I made a purchase from August 2020,i get some of my items n didn't get some,they said they didn't get any tracking number for the other 2 items so they dont know when I'll be able to receive them,apart from that all my other purchases are fine and up to date.
Shipping took over a month and if you don't have a credit card, dog nyam yuh supper.
Fast and easy shipping..customer service isn't bad either.
