Good people thats underratead

Sad place, but with hope...

An important service but poorly funded. There is little to like about the Golden Age Home beyond the concept. It is there to provide a well-needed service for the elderly and indigent who can no longer care for themselves or have no family able to do so. Unfortunately the Home's physical plant is poorly maintained so that many things are either missing or just don't work, with mechanical and electrical. In addition reports are often told about the unprofessional treatment meted out to the residents by the workers. Hopefully this will improve sometime in the future when these matters are given the attention they deserve.

So much joy here. The residents seems very happy and the staff are helpful
