Wish i could give them a zero star thats how bad there service is. This company is a total rip off and thief i hate to use that word but i couldnt find a next word to describe them. They did the same thing to me multiple time with package i send thru them. I ship my package to them direct and weigh them take pic of everything when my package reach Jamaica they change the weight on my package and add more weigh to them. So my is 15pound in America when it reach ssmc it become 20 pounds. Kwn one can help when i call they dont even want to talk to me and kwn manager is never able to talk with me. Wish i never send nothing thru them disappointed wost company so unprofessional.

Package delivery is quick aat times, what i dislike about their service is that they fail to notify customers of any delay with packages.

Bad experiences in terms of prices of items. They advertised that they wouldn't charge for weight for a period in December however It was the opposite when I received my product. Another time I received a package weighing few ounces and they charge for a 3lbs package which cost me approximately 3times the value of the item.

Fast, safe. Clean and reliable. No hassle.

Bad customer service, dont answer phone.
