I was avoiding having to write this review but since emails, calls, DM’s and other contact mediums do not work, let me discuss my issue here. The constant incompetence of this shipping company is absolutely absurd, if it’s not delays it’s another issue. There are delays with packages. A package was detained and I was not contacted for this. I’m disgusted. I will NOT EVER be using this shipping company again.

I sent two packages to the sav branch and the receiver only got one of the two I would like to know where is the other envelope. If anyone stole it it's going to be a problem with those hands . Say hello to my Haitian soul. I didnt put wrong names on any of the packages the same name is on both . You guys decided to send me an email and add the packages info on the system after I got one and complain and add the reviews that the other is missing. Then finally you guys found the other in Kingston. That package has a very expensive product nothing but one of your employee have a peak of what's in it and try to steal it.when I contact you guys I was told how to addressed the package and that's how I did it now you the owner replying telling that's not how it should've been then you need to retrain your staff.

I don’t get why it is I have to leave another review when I’ve been patient and very cooperative, there were miscommunications with the name on the address which is my fault and I corrected them, moving along. I sent each packages tracking number, carrier and the site at which it was purchased via email and of course to my surprise there was no response, how unlike you guys. There’s no question if I will be using this poor excuse of a shipping company again. The first mishap that I’ve had with you guys, I had to leave a review because you guys were “busy” as stated by a representative and your contact mediums were apparently out of service for that whole 2 weeks, I got called and transferred to a manager who assured me that all is well and allll of a sudden my mislabeled packages that had cease to exist where suddenly found and being sent to Jamaica while we were on the phone. Amazing magic trick, now please to do it again with the rest of my packages because I don’t get why I received some and missing others, I just want to receive all my items so I don’t have to deal with this incompetence and ignorance. I’ve had enough. I don’t have the time to be writing reviews but it’s really the only way to get through to someone. 🤦🏻‍♀️
