Bay Front Villas

It's a lovely literally sea side venue. Upscale añd posh!

Fabulous location. Houses are well built, from what I could see. Great ocean breeze.

The hotel on the property is being worked on. Pool and private beach closed and will be until the hotel is renovated and opened. I stayed at a unit where nothing worked. I will visit again because I love the location but only after all the renovations are completed.

Bay Front Villas & Apartments will make you go WOW!! The old 20-acre Forum property is being transformed into the Bay Front Villas & Apartments, a gated community with its own private beachfront. The first phase of the development, 54 2-bedroom Villa homes, were sold out almost immediately and completed in early 2016. The next phase of 19 newly built 3-bedroom, 2 storey Villas, all with amazing sea views, was completed in 2017. On the same property is the Forum Hotel building, which has been converted into the Bay Front Apartments offering 120 apartments (studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom) in the high-rise tower plus 15 unique apartments on the ground floor with private decks and gardens. This corner of Portmore, located in the historic Port Henderson Landing, has come alive!
