I have been using this place a while now not because of my love for it but its convenience. The customer service is average but horrible with a particular photographer....the slim tall dark lady. She can be very rude . With Jermaine on board now it makes the process a bit more bearable. Good place to take pictures but customer service is a major deterrent.

The Quality of the photographs are great. But the service was poor. I had to pay $500 for 15 minutes and I ended up waiting for 45 minutes. I could have found a cheaper photo studio with even less time.
