I had stop using the service a few years back due to a package I ordered that was I think around 30 USD (skateboard), but due the size of the packaging from Amazon I was charged 10,000 jmd worth of fees. That situation had left a bad taste in my mouth, not just the price but the poor explanation of the figure - the invoice itself only stated the flat figure without a breakdown of the charge. Now in 20, I decided to give them another shot with an expensive item for around 200 USD, fees were 18000 jmd when I went to pickup. 😢 I was nervous up until the item arrived to see the figure, funny story I chose and shipped the item to the wrong courier 😂. Maybe it was fate. Due to the prior experience I'll leave my review at 3 for now. They seem to be embracing innovation as they have somewhat of a SaaS System to update and track orders as well as the communication is acceptable. I have another order coming for 52 USD , I wonder what the fees are gonna look like.
