Called on 2020 June 17 about 4:15pm to order a pizza. The lady who answered was crass and seemed untrained or unable to utilise her training. I couldn't resist so I asked her why she was behaving 'so strong' I asked if she was tired. Her response was that she is 'boring'. I asked her if it was a slow day but she did not respond. She was most unprofessional even in her responses. I hope u never encounter her again before she is exposed to some good customer service training. For this reason I rate my experience as a three.

Placed an order at 6:15 customer service said 1 hour it's now 8:30 still no delivery WORST SERVICE EVER never again

They hardly answer and when they do according to the Rep they don't deliver after 7:30 and tell you to call portmore sovereign, then sovereign tell you that there location don't deliver in my area, I should call port Henderson, just a lot of run around and unsatisfaction

The delivery always ontime and i enjoy there pizza more that others.
