Fantastic View, Excellent construction workers and site engineers. But BUT BUT the developer team took forever to reply for any single process for buying. Contacted to get the sales agreement, it took almost 1 month to get back (it is after several calls after calls to kept chasing for the followup). Once got the sales agreement, just to clarify a few things, it took almost another 1 more month to get back their reply. Finally I give up. How can I trust my money for such lousy service. It's really a waste for such a nice location.

Has a great view of the sea. Nice landscape. A bit far from the main and roads are narrow
