In this highly competitive service industry that Mailpac operates in they have been distinguishing themself with excellent customer service. The cost of the service is reasonable and it is quick. I have never had an issue with pacakges that have been sent through them. I would recommend Mailpac.

Very professional business. Huge parking space. Tellers seem very knowledgeable and behave like professionals. Security guard is helpful and well mannered. Fees are reasonable. They have instituted COVID-19 protocols.

Mailpac has always offered me great service however lately I've been noticing that communication has become lacking. When you request certain info you may wait up to a week via email. I purchased some items for a wedding after a month of not hearing anything I had to repeatedly email and WhatsApp these ppl to ask where my package is only to hear it was cancelled but if you want to repurchase we will. So I had to wait another 2 weeks to get my package. If it was cancelled by the seller simple email me don't have my waiting on a non-existing order. Apart from this incident however I've always had a good experience. I get my packages in 1 week sometime s two. But please work on communication with customers. I love shopping on their site.
