Communication is transparent and efficient. The service fees are very reasonable. We have been working with Jamaica Trading Services for over 10 years, moving both full and less than container loads. As all relevant information has been passed on we can relax as we know they will do everything to ensure timely receival of our shipment at the best rates available. Like every other shipping company, if they don't have correct information from the customer even after follow up, there is very little they can do.
