Courteous security and staff. Always clean. Good food at a good price (@DJ's Cafe in the back).

This is a logistically sound, fairly well geographically located facility which houses a range of offices providing multiple services. It suits the district sufficiently well ... but I can't help consider that if more thought was given to the entities this and closely located spaces would host from the design phase, we may have a tighter economic belt of organizations, more properly placed or positioned. Run down old building with no visitor parking
