The tellers need more customer service training... Most are very rude and have no regard for others ...

They blocked me from 2017 for no reason

Worst worst worst totally worst multiply by a million worst business place ever in history. Unprofessional , totally clueless, very disrespectful especially at the clock tower location. No transparency and have customers in the dark and employees are misleading and lack the necessary information to educate customers. This place should shut down as it is very very very very unreliable. This place deserve a minus zero review rating. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s ok

I didn't know money send from abroad has to be collected on the address on your ID or you need proof of address...else you have to go to your parish to get the money . But to changed US dollars you don't need proof of address.. Worst experience and I'll never ever go bk..
