Ota-ku, Kamata Station Library

Bad smell and several homeless people I had lived for 4years in Kamata and used some times this library. To be honest, I cannot endure the bad smell in the library especially when it rains. I think this is because the building is old,but it's really really terrible. Additionally, there are several homeless people in the library. They do nothing harm other people, however, they also smell that is different from smell of rain.

I went here everyday

Great for self-learning. The building is old and the toilets are stinking, some homeless staying bases

The building is old but has good access. Even if you don't have the book you want in this library, if you register as a network member of the library, you can order it from all the libraries in the ward, which is quite convenient.
