Takanawa Library

Fancy large municipal building quite convenient to the station. Library is upstairs, entered from the third floor, but the English books are upstairs again, via stairs inside the library. Pretty good selection, though I don't really see any special strengths in the collection.

Users are happy to be able to use the parking lot for up to 2 hours. It helps to carry heavy books, so I go back and borrow them. The receptionist is also kind.

Some people always sit in the same seat every day. The blinds always close and turn around, and when there is a vacant seat, I always go to that seat and fix the position of the light, Lord? I like it except that it's a little troublesome to transfer four elevators from the station to the bookshelf.
