I am a resident of Nakano City because it is close to my house, but I will use it from now on.

The atmosphere was good. It's an old building, but it's a neat building. I was instructed to refrain from using electronic devices such as laptops and mobile phones. I think it is a good place to read books. The table is fine, and the window is too big for me.

Located on the 3rd floor of a building with ward facilities. The first floor has a children's garden, the second floor has a home support center and community exchange hall, and the third floor has a lifelong learning hall in addition to the library.
