I like the atmosphere of the library, but first of all, it is inconvenient that there is no trash can in the library. I don't want to have a place to throw away my stuff after studying, or throw away my stuffy nose. Even the restrooms in the building are not even installed, so I want you to install at least a garbage bin that burns. Another inconvenience is that there are too many closed days. Often closed once or twice a week on weekdays, they often went out and were not vacant. By the way, Minato Ward is closed for one month and Chiyoda Ward is basically closed only for holidays. Since it is a small library, it doesn't take much time to organize it, but is it cost-cutting? I'm glad that there is Wi-Fi in the back, but it has power and the seats are too weak to use.
