To be clear, I don't think I will lend a book. I live in Shiga University, but when I make a card to borrow for the first time, I need something that allows me to confirm the address of the accommodation. I don't have a regular public transportation system, but I'm staying in, so there's no such thing... It seems that your student ID and insurance card are not enough, so please bring your resident card. I'm so tired that I decided to quit

old. If you have a new city hall or gymnasium, you want a new library. The staff's response is good.

Cannot book (secure) books other than those currently borrowed. Some idiots who keep making reservations will not return for months, so please take measures such as urging them properly or banning them for a certain period of time. Travel guides are too old. At the very least, we want the latest version to be prepared for walking on the earth.

It's an ordinary library that I've always taken care of. I thought that the recent corona support has been solid.

There is a feeling of air and pressure like a hospital. Don't look for a peaceful space. The staff members are moving around and responding to visitors in the hall. Is it because of a tall bookshelf that towers in a box-shaped building? The use of the space felt more like a management warehouse than the comfort of visitors. Hikone does not have a paid study room. There are places in Nagoya and Otsu, but Hikone has no place for professionals to study. Students are similar. Is there a self-study room that can be used by cram school users? Necafe is too expensive to use regularly. I want to use the library for my study. However, from the library's point of view, "Please refrain from using it for other purposes." It can be understood. And there's no reason to go to a library that isn't very comfortable. You know. It's half-hearted if you think it's a library for whom. To me, it looked like that.
