Manage reserved seats more properly. You can sit down even if you haven't made a reservation and work even though you have a low educational background. If you note that you haven't made a reservation, you'll see people around you. Thorough management.

The building is new and very beautiful. It is conveniently located near Keisei Hikifune Station. Yokado in front of the station Family mart in the station There is a gyoza lord under the station.

The largest library in Sumida Ward, which was created by integrating the "Azuma Library" and "Terashima Library" on April 1, 2013, on the lower floors (2nd to 5th floors) of the condominium in front of Keisei Hikifune Station. I am using it. The collection is a little smaller than the neighboring wards. Books related to the history of the ward are available. Since lending and returning is a type that you do yourself without going through the library staff, I think it would be good to reduce contact even with corona damage. The study seats in the museum are reserved, and you have to change seats to another person after a certain period of time. You can make a reservation again, but in most cases you will have to move your seat, so it seems to be troublesome to use it for a long time. The library, which is mainly used by children and adults, has a separate entrance, so you don't have to worry about the eyes around you even if your child is crazy. I also feel that the facilities for people with disabilities are in place. There is a bicycle storage area and a moped storage area, but the moped storage area is eroded by bicycles and cannot be used with high probability. Bikers may want to put it there as there is Ito-Yokado nearby.

As a countermeasure against the new coronavirus, all the staff are very polite and kind, except for body temperature measurement, alcohol disinfection and usage restriction within 1 hour at the entrance, and you can use it comfortably.

It's beautiful and has reading seats, so it's useful. It's popular, so it may be full on Saturdays and Sundays 🈵
