The building is one of the oldest prefectural libraries in Japan, and the lending card is a laminate of cardboard. As a measure against corona, there was a box for holding books that I picked up but did not borrow.

There are abundant local materials and we want to use it together with the municipal library. It is good as a self-study environment. However, self-study in the document viewing space is prohibited (excluding study using library materials), and self-study can only be done in the designated room on the first floor.

I usually give my tablet to my son to play, but I also take it to the library several times a month considering letting me touch typographical on paper. My son likes picture books and I am glad to hesitate to make it quite disgusting while I am quiet in the hall. To my surprise, there are still many picture books that I have been reading when I was young. Children's reactions are emotional as they are when they are very young, regardless of old and new.

The underground parking lot of the prefectural office can be used free of charge for 2 hours. I went to search for old geographical materials, but when things came out that were not on the market or that were not found in the local museum, I thought it was a prefectural library. The staff who responded were very attentive and cozy.
