There are 5 parking lots on the premises and 1 parking lot for wheelchair users.
A volunteer center was set up during the Shinshu Hana Festa.
During the Hana Festa period, the No. 10 parking lot was designated as a "large bus parking lot", so ordinary cars could not enter and it was difficult to communicate with the guards guarding the entrance of the parking lot.
The parking lot of the library was basically allowed to enter if it was vacant. When I couldn't enter, I was asked to enter the parking lot in front of the municipal pool. Festa ... It's over and it's normal.
Next to the pool. Slightly noisy but calm and can read books.
