A special exhibition by Eiko Kadono, who won the Hans Christian Andersen Award, was held. The medium-sized library, seasoned bookshelves and reading room are quiet and focused for reading.

As a library, the scale is too small, only three floors, and the area is small. The third floor is a study room and an activity room, and occasionally there are various cultural lectures. Downstairs is the playground of colleges and universities, so there will be a variety of youthful rumors. The indoor temperature is maintained at 28° throughout the year due to the Edo River power saving plan. The indoors are also hotter than the outdoor ones. However, you can rest assured that the air conditioner in the study room on the third floor is fierce. If you feel hot, you can sit in the air conditioning outlet. In general, it is a place where the basic functions of the library can be self-study.

It ’s annoying for middle school students to talk to

to be frank! The scale is not big, but it is a good place to learn! It’s just a lot of people, it’s not impossible to meet a bad person, a three-story building! The third floor is the reading room! Only so much! Ok, I moved the bricks and wished good luck.

The reading room here is originally a place where junior and senior high school students study and adults read books, but elementary and junior high school students are distracted and very difficult to study. It is better to quit
