Nice place to study, but I would be more likely to go there if it were open later. They have a small English section but it's better than nothing.
Of course, we ask you to wear a mask.
There is something like a special corner for librarians, and there are so many books, so it's very useful. It's okay to rent CDs and DVDs outside the building.
It is useful because it is a generous library that can be rented by anyone other than Echizen citizens or people working in Echizen City. The toilet is comfortable with a washlet because it is new. This is my favorite library in Fukui prefecture.
The only difficulty is that the parking lot will be full during the Takefu Kiku Ningyo period or when there is an event at the Cultural Center. (Last visit in August 2018)
It is a very good place to concentrate your study! !
