Katsushika City Mizumoto Library

It is a library near Mizumoto Park. There is a parking lot (the number is small so it is always full 😅), which is convenient when renting heavy books.

There is a large reading room on the second floor. It is not very large, but there is a convenience store right in front of you. Female staff responded very kindly (σ´ ･ v ･ ｀ *)

The only library in the vicinity where comics are also placed. A great place to spend a quiet reading time.

Independent building. Anyway, it was better to be next to Mizumoto Park.

It is a very cozy library with a nostalgic feel. When I asked the staff for a book I remember, I searched hard. It is a library that is not close to the house, but I would like to use it again.
