I was reading a book quietly in the reading seat. Occasionally searching for books on my smartphone. The old man asleep at another seat, about 3 meters away, began to make a loud noise. However, the old man never wakes up, and there is no sign that the sound of the mobile phone will stop. Then a woman in her 50s stood in front of me and stared at me with a great sword curtain and suddenly began yelling. It looks as if the teacher scolds the bad guys for the bad things. Why am I just reading quietly at the library and suddenly being stared at by staff and preaching with a yelling voice? Suddenly involved in an unreasonable event, my thinking was confused. Stunned words. For some reason, the staff had no attempt to identify the culprit. He seemed to decide me as the culprit. Did the user who frequently uses the library always be marked with a prejudice glance from around the day? Before that, whether this is a way of speaking to library users in the first place. Anger was gradually rising. Normally, first of all, be careful of the user, be careful not to make mistakes, do not be rude, carefully check the source of the mobile sound, and then use the manner mode as it will disturb other customers I will be careful with you. In fact, I saw some librarians who did so. Nevertheless, the librarian did not make such a confirmation at all, did not even try to respond politely, decided that I was the culprit from the beginning, and did not even think of me as a patron, criminal, homeless or intellectual disability He suddenly yelled at him, misunderstood or openly looked down. I'm different, too! Not me! Check it out! When the librarian defended the staff as strongly as he did, the librarian went for the old man with a surprised face and a simple apology. In response to my response, I changed my attitude and fell down to the same gaze as the old man who fell asleep, and began to speak in a polite and soft tone. What's the difference between these responses? What is this discriminatory response? This is the only place where I have been treated in my long life. I'm neither a stenchy homeless nor a noisy monster patron, but what's the difference between this response? The face and screams of this library and that librarian, this humiliation tasted unreasonably in the eyes of the public, I don't think I'll never forget it if I want to forget it. The worst memories. Worst place. Because of the Hibarigaoka Library, the location of the library for me has been markedly degraded as a place of intellectual exploration where I can calm down and concentrate on reading and thinking. Turned into a “worst place”

This library is used to receive reserved lanoves and historical novels. There are also picture books and books for children.

Quiet and convenient near the station. But it's a pity because I can't stay long without Wi-Fi
