Spent our anniversary here and had an amazing experience. The view was breath taking and had an awesome service during our stay here. 2 star off because the housekeeping was rude and not very helpful after I called them the same evening of the check out date. I mentioned that I left my GoPro charger in the room in English. I mentioned the exact spot which was still plugged in on the usb outlet next to the iPad. The guy on the phone confidently said that they didn’t find it there or anywhere in the room. I was like alright, let me keep looking for the 4th time in all my belongings. After checking, I was 200% sure that I left it at the spot I mentioned and believed that the guy wasn’t telling the truth. My girl decided to call the same house keeping again this time to really check again, because we know he didn’t check the first time. Also, this time in Japanese language. The same guy was more willing to comply this time. And guess what?? They checked and found it at the same spot. The worst thing is he didn’t even apologize for lying and not checking the first time.. That experience was like a slap on the face after the great customer service during our stay. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Folks I've stayed at allot of hotels in allot of different counties but this one takes the cake! Friends it's OASIS in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Let's start with the staff...they are fantastic...that's all I can say fantastic. Everyone is over the top polite, caring and genuinely interested in making your stay the best it can possible be. From the Bell Hop, the front desk staff, concierge, waiters...heck even the bar tenders are great! Okay now onto the facilities! The hotel is located about 30 something floors up in a high rise and when you reach the lobby you know you've hit the jack pot. Stunning views great you from every direction and the bar...wow, what a bar...views for days. I feel in love with main restaurant where a stunning breakfast buffet is served every day...you literally eat breakfast with a panoramic view of Tokyo as your back drop. The rooms are on point - everything can be controlled with a provided ipad...drapes, lights, tv and my oh my...the views from your room are breath taking! The gym, pool and spa are all equally as amazing. Location, Location, Location - you literally have a subway stop in your hotel and are only a few blocks away from several other stops. There are also over 100 bars and restaurants a few blocks away...everything you can think of, heck even a Wendi's and a Hooters but don't go there, try the local spots out! Safety - Not one time did I feel unsafe or unsure about leaving the hotel, walking around in the surrounding areas or about leaving belongings in the hotel...this place is great. I don't leave allot of 5 star reviews but this one deserves it, don't skip this spot...you will regret it!

The hotel room is nice & clean with excellent view. The breakfast is a huge disappointment for a well known hotel such as this one. I strongly suggest this hotel to take out American breakfast from the menu, because the food taste so bad, the coffee was worst than family mart. They used cheap quality of food. For that reason alone, I gave 1 star.

5 star hotel located in the center of Tokyo and the highest rank hotel among Prince Hotel group which is one the most famous hotel chains in Japan. The hotel is inside the high modern building and the view is amazing from everywhere in the hotel. You can look out over the whole Tokyo city. I stayed at a sweet room, and it is very clean and high-tech. You can control air conditioner, light, blind and all by using iPad which is set up at the next to the bed. Unfortunately the room itself is not so big when compared to other same level hotels overseas, but still there is enough space. Of course The hospitality is also great.

Place has to get 5 stars. Absolutely incredible service and staff. Could not imagine having a better hotel service experience. Anything you want is done immediately. They are super accommodating and kind. Great room, shower, bed was super cozy. Great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only bad thing was the TV did not operate well....the remote control required pushing several times to get any command to work. Some of the best overall service my wife and I have ever had and we have stayed at countless 5 star 5 diamond properties that don’t touch this one. Don’t write many reviews due to time constraints, but it was so good I had to.
