There are too few seats on the PC. I don't know that there are only seats available for 2-3 hours once a day when I make a reservation at this time. Of course, it doesn't matter that there are reserved seats or it is unavoidable to set a time limit, but it does not make sense that the library side has to set the time arbitrarily and adjust to it. Unless it's been 3 hours after making a reservation, you have to wait 30 minutes in vain or the efficiency is too low. And if you make a reservation, you have to be able to choose your seat. Some seats are air-conditioned and some are not. And above all, the small room, which is mostly used only for reading, is useless. In the present era, study is not a book but an online research. There are too many restrictions on the use of personal computers, so I cannot talk. Please attach outlets to all seats so that PCs can be used. I have a limited number of seats, and I'm spending unnecessary labor costs such as having a clipboard and looking around and not following the rules of the library. You can also make a library card, because you have so many computers and use it when you reserve a seat so you can enter it yourself. It is a waste of paper and time to write it on paper and enter it by the person in charge.

This is my favorite library. Large, clean and cultural. This is the correct use of taxes. It is easy to book the desired book on the Web and search it wastefully. There are few seats available during the examination season, but I give priority to the young people who are working hard.

There are so many types of books that are so comfortable that I think they will be ranked high among the libraries in Tokyo.
