Yui-no-mori Arakawa

This place is good to search books and studying something. It has enough seats to take many people. But it is not located near train station. You can make user card if you have any identification that you live in Arakawa-ku.

Yuino mori Arakawa is a wonderful new asset to Arakawa Ward. It's much more than just a very good library. There are social area both indoors and on terraces where eating, drinking (non-alcohol) and socialising are permitted, and there's even an excellent coffee shop and creche in the complex. Fast, free wifi throughout, and most desks are equipped with mains electrical outlets for charging computers, tablets and phones. Library services include newspapers, including Japanese foreign language dailies and a CD lending service. Small selection of books in English and other foreign languages. Lots of different reading areas. Well served by escalators and lifts. One of my favourite places to go - very glad that I live nearby. Arakawa Ku is a happy place to live...
