Where we can read a lot of magazine for free

This library is quite large over several floors. But, sadly, their music collection is not great. And it seems all the CDs are at this location, and not at any of the other Adachi libraries. My standard for comparison is the Bunkyo-ku libraries, which have an awesome collection of music (CD and sheet) throughout the various branches. This one just doesn't quite cut the tomatoes.

There are 3 floors and the books are well prepared (there is also a closed stack). Often you don't ask for a specific book, but it might be useful if you want to find out about this area. It's a pity that paperback books are often painful in every ward (it's the manners of the borrower)

The library looks good (both inside and outside). The number of books in the hall is perfect. However, if you use the desk at the reception desk, and you do not have a library card or people in other prefectures, you will not be able to use it unless you fill in your address. Also, to prevent sleep, I have to return the seating chart to the reception desk in the morning and in the afternoon, which is troublesome. I can recommend it if it is casual, but I can not recommend it to non-locals. However, there is a shopping street nearby and you can enjoy it.
