Nerima City Minamioizumi Library Branch (Open space for children and books)

My 2yo daughter loved here. They have a 2nd floor for toddlers and small children so you can make reasonable noise without annoying others in the first floor. Lots of books, small chairs, tables, toilets for kids, water and a vending machine for any occasions.

There are many books for children. It is not very big, but it is enough for children. I took it from birth soon, but there is also a nursing room, and you can choose a picture book while rolling slowly in the corner of the carpet. As we can order from other libraries from HP, it is convenient when adult wants to borrow. There are various events such as storytelling, but other days are relatively open and comfortable. It is on the border of Nishi-Tokyo, but it can also be used by people outside Nerima.
