The Minamioizumi Library has a lot of manga that can be enjoyed by a wide range of age groups from children to adults. The disadvantage is that it has a small collection of books, but it is recommended for people who like manga. I also recommend the Ishigami Library, which has the second largest number of manga after Minamioizumi.

A library in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of Hoya Station. It's fairly wide, and there are a certain number of manga.
